The Ferryhill Chapter is managed by The Ferryhill and Chilton Community Newspaper Association. The paper was established as a quarterly magazine in the early 1990’s,then went monthly, fortnightly and finally weekly as it became more and more popular
8,000 copies are produced and delivered free to every home in Ferryhill, Chilton and surrounding areas. It is published weekly and the estimated readership is over 27,000.
As well as readers in the UK, the Ferryhill and Chilton Chapter website has been visited from the USA, Canada, Australia, Spain, Norway and Austria.
